Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Digital subscriptions that have begun service

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item that is returned more than 3 days after subscription
  • Subscriptions that have been accessed post-purchase

Refunds

Once your return is requested, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days, typically 7 days. Please note that in some circumstances credit and debit card processors may take longer to credit your refund, and this is entirely beyond our control.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or credit card activity again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Email Communications & Subscription

Subscribing to or Purchasing a product means you will always receive transactional emails related to your order or account. However, you will also be subscribed to and receive non-transactional emails for the purpose of providing product updates, announcements, promotional offers, alerts, newsletters, and/or other general communication. If you would like to stop receiving non-transactional emails from Nations Indexes, you may opt out of such communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe button from the bottom of any email.
